Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Better Header, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Description of Service

Better Header is a social media header audit tool designed to help users verify that their header images display correctly across different devices and screen sizes. Our service includes:

  • Header image analysis across multiple devices and screen sizes
  • Detection of overlaps from Dynamic Islands, profile pictures, and status bars
  • Safe area visualization and audit reporting
  • Social media account integration for header retrieval

User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information

Tokens and Payments

Better Header uses a token-based system for audits. Each audit consumes one token. Tokens are purchased in advance and do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service

Social Media Account Access

When you connect a social media account, you grant us read-only access to your public profile and header image. We never post, modify, or interact with your social media accounts on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your account settings or directly through the social media platform.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parra, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the header images you upload or connect through your social media accounts. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your images as necessary to provide the audit service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Audit results will be perfectly accurate for every possible device configuration

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Parra, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Unused tokens are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Parra, LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
