Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" on the homepage and sign up with your email address and password.

How do I connect my social media account?

After signing in, go to your dashboard and click "Connect Account." We'll walk you through authorizing read-only access to your social media profile.

How do I run my first audit?

Once your social account is connected, click "New Audit" from the dashboard. We'll pull your current header image. Mark the important areas you want to protect, then run the audit.

Audits & Tokens

What is a token?

One token equals one audit. When you run an audit on your header, it uses one token. Tokens never expire, so use them whenever you're ready.

How do audits work?

We test your header image against multiple device configurations — checking for overlaps with Dynamic Islands, profile pictures, status bars, and other UI elements that can obscure your content.

What devices do you test on?

We test across 7+ devices including iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16, iPhone SE, iPad Pro 12.9", and desktop screens at 1080p and 1440p.

Can I re-run an audit after updating my header?

Yes! Each audit uses one token. Update your header on your social platform, then run a new audit to verify it looks great on all devices.

Account & Billing

How do I purchase tokens?

Visit the Pricing section on our homepage or purchase tokens directly from your dashboard. We accept all major credit cards.

Do tokens expire?

No. Once purchased, your tokens never expire.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final. If you experience an issue with your audit, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by contacting us. We'll remove all your data within 30 days of your request.
